Speaker FAQs

  • If you have submitted in the past, the system does not remember you and you will need to create a new account. Previous email and password can be used again
  • Only two call for papers per author will be accepted
  • Presentation must be 50 minutes long
  • If you need more than one 50 minute session please indicate so on the call for papers form
  • If chosen to speak you may only use the Seminar provided computer
  • Presentation must be brought on a flash drive and must be "window based" to the Seminar
  • To help get your presentation accepted for CEU credit by the certifying agencies, please try to include words like "potable water" or "wastewater" or "groundwater" or "stormwater" in the title depending on your session topic
  • List any special AV requirements on the call for papers form
  • Only the submitting author will receive email notification regarding abstract submission confirmation and acceptance or rejection of abstract (please check spam or junk folders)
  • Only the submitting author and 1 co-author will be given complimentary speaker registration. Other co-author names may be listed that will be included in the program schedule
