CEUs / PDHs

Tri-State Seminar prides ourselves with retaining records of our attendee’s continuing education hours for at least 3 years.  Here on our website, you will find a link for 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.  These links will give you access to your certificates.  You will be asked to enter your email address and Confirmation # from that year.  In 2017 & 2018 the confirmation numbers were printed on your name badge.  If you don’t have it anymore, simply look up your confirmation number with the provided link.

Where or how do get my Certificate?

    1. Just after each Seminar (approx.. Nov 1.), TriState will send an email / link for you to print / save your Certificate. OR
    2. From the new Tristate Seminar website (www.tristateseminar.com), you can access the most recent 3 years.
    3. Click on CEU’s / PDH’s from the header bar, select the year, enter YOUR confirmation # and email from that year’s registration, from here you can save / print your Certificate.

 

How can I get my Certificate if I do not have my confirmation #?

    1. From attending / registeration each year, you should have your confirmation # and your email.
    2. If you do not have your confirmation #, click on the link just below where you would input your information and TriState will send you the Confirmation #.

 

How do I get my Certificate from previous years?

    1. From the new Tristate Seminar website (www.tristateseminar.com), you can access the most recent 3 years.
    2. Click on CEU’s / PDH’s from the header bar, select the year, enter YOUR confirmation # and email from that year’s registration, from here you can save / print your Certificate.

 

How do I get my Certificate if I was registered as a “group”?

    1. Within your agency, confirm the registration group. Request the Confirmation # for you.
    2. From the new Tristate Seminar website (www.tristateseminar.com), you can access the most recent 3 years.
    3. Click on CEU’s / PDH’s from the header bar, select the year, enter YOUR confirmation # and email from that year’s registration, from here you can save / print your Certificate.

 

Who can I contact if my Certificate is not accurate?

    1. Please contact Mike Espejo @ tristatemike@outlook.com
    2. You must have / send your “Tracking Sheet” to dispute / correct your certificate.

 

Will TriState send my Certificate to my State Agency to show proof of attendance?

    1. No, TriState will not send to an agency.
    2. This is the responsibility of the attendee.
