- Early-Bird Registration Rate (until July 18, 2025): $99 per person
- Late Registration Rate (July 19 – August 3, 2025): $199 per person
- Onsite Registration Rate: $249 per person
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations prior to July 18, 2025 will be refunded at 75%.
Cancellations after July 18, 2025 will not be refunded.
Your registration includes:
- A chance to visit and learn from over 300 exhibitors
- Choose from over 200 classes with leading experts
- The opportunity to earn up to 24 contact hours
- Continuing Education Units or Professional Development Hours Certificate
What your registration fee does NOT include:
- Meals, hotel accommodation, and travel expenses
- Optional workshops and tours (these can be added for an additional fee)
Need help convincing your employer to allow you to attend?
We realize that sometimes our attendees may have to justify attending our training seminar to their supervisors because of its location in Las Vegas. To assist with this, we have prepared a sample letter that can be easily revised by you to submit to your supervisor for consideration. To help you prepare discussion points prior to meeting with your supervisor, we have also prepared a list of reasons why it’s a great idea to attend the training seminar.
New to the Facility this year:
- South Point is expanding the hours of service in two of their restaurants. Note: You must wear your seminar badge to be served.
- The Garden Buffet will be open at 6:30 AM on Tuesday & Wednesday.
- Baja Miguels will be open on Tuesday from 11 AM – 10 PM (when it is normally closed)
