You have received or followed this survey link because you are currently serving as a volunteer or have expressed an interest in serving as a volunteer to the Tri-State Seminar, LLC (Tri-State Seminar).  

 2020 was an unprecedented year for the entire world and it was the impetus for dramatic changes in our industry as well as our personal lives.  As a result of the pandemic, circumstances for many of our volunteers have changed and we need to begin afresh with gathering information to create a new and current database for our current and future volunteer members.

If you wish to continue volunteering, or desire to volunteer in the future, it is imperative that you complete this survey to update your contact information and volunteering interests. Our old database will be purged and replaced with the information gathered as part of this effort.  Please note the Tri-State Seminar will never sell or share your information outside the organization.  This information is intended for the sole purpose of contacting you regarding volunteer opportunities and recognizing volunteer service. 

If you are no longer interested in volunteering and wish to be removed from our email contact list, please indicate your preference through this survey and we will respectfully honor your request. 

Individuals not responding to the survey by 5:00 PM PST on Friday, May 14, 2021, will automatically be removed from our mailing list and will not be considered for volunteer opportunities.
